Warranty Policy

At Goolink, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every leather wallet we offer. That’s why all our products come with a 24-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of purchase.


1. What the Warranty Covers:

  • Loose or broken stitching

  • Faulty or broken zippers, snaps, or closures

  • Material defects in the leather (e.g. unexpected cracking, peeling)

  • Failure or malfunction of the RFID blocking layer

  • Structural issues with compartments, pockets, or seams not caused by misuse


2. What the Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Scratches, scuffs, or wear from normal use

  • Damage caused by water, moisture, or chemicals

  • Color fading due to sunlight, sweat, or oils

  • Damage from misuse, improper storage, or excessive pressure

  • Modifications or repairs performed by non-authorized third parties


3. How to Submit a Warranty Claim:

Please contact our team via email or WhatsApp with the following information:

  • Your order number or purchase invoice

  • Product name or model code (e.g. GL32411)

  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect

  • Your full name and contact number

4. What Happens Next:

Once we receive your request, we’ll review it within 2–3 business days. Depending on the situation, we will:

Defect is confirmed and covered

✅ Free replacement of the same model or a similar one (if in stock)

Model is out of stock

✅ Refund or store credit of equivalent value

Claim is not covered under warranty

❌ We’ll explain the reason and offer alternatives (e.g. discount on a new item)

5. Shipping & Replacement Timeline:

  • If approved, Goolink will cover all shipping costs for warranty claims within Egypt.

  • Replacements are typically shipped within 5–7 business days after confirmation.

  • For international customers, shipping may be partially subsidized or covered based on the case.


6. Important Notes:

  • Keep your invoice or order confirmation as proof of warranty.

  • You do not need the original box, but please pack the item safely for return.

  • Warranty applies from the original date of purchase and does not renew after replacement.
