    Shopping Information

    Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

    Cairo / Giza: EGP 40 depending on your location.
    Other governorates: EGP 60.

    Cash-on-Delivery: Flat EGP 10 service fee applies.

    How long will delivery take?

    Cairo & Giza: Within 24 hours.
    Alexandria & Delta: 48 hours.

    Upper Egypt & Sinai: 2–5 business days.

    What exactly happens after ordering?

    1. You receive an email confirmation with your order number.
    2. We pack your wallet in our premium box with a fabric pouch and guarantee card.
    3. The courier picks it up and sends you a tracking SMS.

    4. You receive the item, pay (if COD), and check the package before accepting.

    Where can I view my sales receipt?

    A PDF receipt is automatically emailed to you once the order is confirmed. You can also download it anytime from My Account → Orders → View.

    How do I add a gift receipt to an order?

    During checkout, check the box “This is a gift” and add a message. We'll include a premium printed card with your note and hide the prices — free of charge.

    How long do I have to return an order?

    You may return any wallet within 7 days and request an exchange within 14 days — as long as it's unused and in original packaging. We’ll issue a refund or exchange after verifying the condition.

    Payment Information

    How is the recipient reimbursed?

    Refunds are issued to the same payment method you used at checkout. If you paid Cash-on-Delivery, we transfer the amount to your bank account or mobile wallet within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

    Can I be reimbursed through the original payment method?

    Yes. All online-card payments are automatically refunded to the same card once the return is approved. Processing time on the bank side is usually 5-7 business days.

    Can the country receiving the shipment be different than the country of purchase?

    At the moment we ship only within Egypt. Billing addresses outside Egypt are accepted, but the delivery address must be inside the country.

    How can I return an item?

    1 ) E-mail us at support@goolink.net within 7 days of delivery.
    2 ) Keep the wallet unused in its original box and pouch.

    3 ) We schedule a courier pickup; once inspected, we issue your refund or exchange.

    Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

    Absolutely. We photograph every wallet ourselves under natural light, so the item you receive is exactly what you see online—no stock photos or colour filters.

    Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

    Many of our wallets are produced in small batches. If an item is marked “sold out,” click Notify Me on the product page and we’ll email you as soon as the next batch is ready.

    How long does the delivery take and how much does it cost?

    See above: 24 h / 48 h / 2-3 days. Cost ranges from EGP 25–45 depending on your governorate; COD adds EGP 10.

    Which browser is best to use the site?

    Goolink.net works on all modern browsers. For the smoothest checkout we recommend the latest versions of Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox on mobile and desktop.
