5. Pricing and Payment

  1. All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

  2. Prices may change without prior notice. The price confirmed at checkout is the final binding price.

  3. Accepted payment methods:

    • Credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard)

    • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available within Egypt only, with an additional fee of EGP 10 per order.

    • Bank transfers (receipt confirmation required)

6. Order Processing & Delivery

  1. Orders are confirmed only after you receive an official confirmation email.

  2. Standard order processing time: 1–2 business days, followed by shipping based on your provided address.

  3. We deliver across Egypt and GCC countries. Shipping fees may vary based on region and weight.

  4. If delivery fails due to incorrect address or refusal to accept, you will be liable for any return shipping charges.

8. Warranty

  • A limited 24-month warranty covers manufacturing and material defects.

  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, exposure to water, or chemicals.

  • Warranty claims require a valid receipt and clear photos of the defect.

9. Intellectual Property

All content including logos, designs, text, images, and product identifiers (including “Goolink”) is the intellectual property of Goolink and protected under Egyptian and international copyright/trademark laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

10. Data Privacy

11. Limitation of Liability
