At Goolink we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order you have two options for return or exchange. You can simply bring your order in its original packaging accompanied by the original.

How do I add a gift receipt to an order?
During checkout, check the box “This is a gift” and add a message. We'll include a premium printed card with your note and hide the prices — free of charge.
How long do I have to return an order?
You can return any wallet within 14 days or request a replacement - as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. We will refund or replace it after checking its condition.
Are there any fees for returns?
