Products and Quality
Yes, all our products (bags and wallets) are crafted from premium genuine leather (Full Grain & Top Grain). We guarantee lifelong durability and never use synthetic leather.
This is the strongest evidence of authenticity. Genuine leather features natural pores and markings that make every piece unique, and the color develops a beautiful "patina" over time.
Natural leather becomes more beautiful with time! We recommend wiping it with a soft, dry cloth if it gets dusty, and avoiding washing it with water or exposing it to strong chemicals.

Shipping and Preview
Absolutely! That is your right. We are confident in the quality of our products, so we allow you to open the shipment and inspect the material, color, and fit in front of the representative before paying any amount. If you do not like the product (which rarely happens), you can refuse delivery without paying anything.
We process and ship your order immediately after confirmation. Delivery takes 2 to 5 business days maximum to all governorates in Egypt.

Shipping costs are 65 EGP for Cairo and Giza, 70 EGP for Alexandria, and shipping is available to all governorates. We offer free shipping for orders over 2799 EGP.

Returns and Refunds
We offer you complete freedom: you can pay cash on delivery, or pay online using bank cards, Vodafone Cash, any other e-wallet, or Visa/Mastercard via the secure payment gateway, Paymob.
You can request a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase, provided that the product is in its original condition, unused, and accompanied by the box and all accessories.

Yes, each Goolink wallet comes in a stylish Premium Box with elegant packaging and a gift card, making it ready to be presented as a valuable gift upon receipt without the need for additional wrapping.
Of course! You can pay online with Visa, and we will ship the order directly to the recipient. (You can request that the invoice not be included in the package by leaving a note during checkout).
Capacity and dimensions
We design our wallets specifically for the Egyptian market. All models are designed with carefully considered dimensions to easily accommodate ID cards and driver's licenses, and the bill compartment is deep enough to hold all Egyptian currency denominations (including 200 pounds) without sticking out from the edges.
We rely on smart designs and flexible leather. If the wallet is completely full, it will undoubtedly become bulky, but it will hold a lot. However, if it contains only a little cash and a few cards, it will not be bulky. The difference in thickness is usually 1 centimeter.
Warranty and Maintenance
We offer a 2-year (24-month) warranty on bags and a 1-year (12-month) warranty on wallets and accessories against manufacturing defects.
Genuine leather is naturally water-resistant but not waterproof. If it gets wet, wipe it immediately with a soft cloth and let it air dry away from heat sources.
Bag Usage
Yes, most Goolink backpacks and business bags are designed with dedicated padded compartments to protect laptops up to 15.6 inches.
To maintain its shape, we recommend stuffing the bag with tissue paper when not in use and storing it inside the provided dust bag.
