• "The Website" / "We" / "Us" / "Our": Refers to Goolink.net, owned and legally operated by Goolink (registered in the Arab Republic of Egypt under Commercial Registration No. 202654).
• "Customer" / "User" / "You": Any natural or legal person browsing the site, registering an account, or purchasing products.
• "Products": Bags, wallets, accessories, and any authentic genuine leather goods displayed for sale on the website.

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are browsing and purchasing under the active supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian. If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, please discontinue your use of the website immediately.

• The customer agrees to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information (full name, detailed address, phone number, and email) during checkout or account registration.
• You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and password.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts and cancel pending orders if fraudulent, misleading, or unauthorized activity is suspected.

We strive to present precise photographic representations and descriptions of all items. However, subtle color variations may occur due to individual monitor calibrations and photographic lighting conditions.

All prices listed on the website are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and inclusive of VAT (unless expressly stated otherwise). We reserve the right to modify prices and promotions at any time without prior notice.

Accepted Payment Methods:

• Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Meeza).
• Instant Digital Payment Networks & Wallets (InstaPay, Mobile Wallets).
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available across Egypt, subject to an additional collection service fee of 25 EGP per order.

Orders undergo a standard fulfillment processing window of 1–2 business days before being handed to our courier partners. We provide express dispatch throughout Egypt and GCC territories, with shipping rates calculated by weight and regional zone.

If delivery fails due to an inaccurate address supplied by the customer or an unjustified refusal upon arrival, the customer remains responsible for all two-way courier shipping expenses incurred.

• Discount codes and vouchers are valid for single use per customer (unless explicitly stated otherwise).
• Coupons cannot be stacked or combined with other promotional codes and cannot be applied to direct Flash Sale discounts unless expressly permitted.
• Promotional vouchers hold no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash refunds.

All returns and exchanges are governed strictly by Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018 in accordance with the following framework:

Refund Issuance: Approved refunds are credited back via the original payment method (or bank transfer/mobile wallet for COD transactions) within 7–14 business days following technical inspection and approval.

We provide a certified manufacturer's warranty covering 12 months on wallets and 24 months on bags, safeguarding against defects in seam stitching, zipper mechanisms, and metallic hardware.

• Goolink reserves the right to moderate, edit, or decline publication of reviews containing offensive language, commercial solicitations, or misleading claims.
• When a customer posts a public review, product photograph, or testimonial on our channels or social platforms, the customer grants Goolink a non-exclusive license to feature such genuine user feedback across our digital store and marketing campaigns.

All content presented on this website—including texts, graphics, product photography, logos, and the trademark "Goolink"—constitutes exclusive intellectual property owned by Goolink, protected under domestic and international copyright laws. Any unauthorized commercial reproduction is strictly prohibited.

Under all circumstances, Goolink’s aggregate financial liability to the customer is strictly capped at the actual amount paid for the specific product in dispute. Goolink shall not be held liable for delayed performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control (including natural disasters, government regulations, or national telecommunications and transport disruptions).

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. The Cairo Economic Courts shall hold exclusive territorial jurisdiction over any dispute or claim arising from this agreement.
